Burnishing Compound

Koal #241
This is a liquid concentrate deburring and burnishing formulation designed for use with barrel, vibratory and centrifugal
machines. The product produces excellent results on steel, stainless steel, zinc and aluminum.
Koal # 243
This product is newly developed free flowing, readily soluble, powdered material for the coloring (burnishing) or brass and
brass plated parts. It is a moderate foamer and imparts a high luster that in many instances replaces bugging.
1. It has excellent detergency, cushioning and lubricity, thus produing smooth lustrous finishes in very short time
cycles.
2. It has an exclusive blend of brighteners and inhibitors which promote the superior color and beauty of your finished
parts.
3. It exhibits excellent cold water solubility preventing sludging of soils and metallic deposits, leaving free rinsing
clean unclogged media.
Koal #247
This product is all-purpose, liquid concentrate deburring and burnishing formulation designed for use with barrel, vibratory
and centrifugal machines. This product produces excellent results on all metals: brass, copper, nickel, stainless steel, zinc
and aluminum.
Koal # 284
This product is a liquid burnishing and deburring compound for use as a lubricant and coloring agent in barrel and
vibratory equipment. It is all purpose and can be used on all metals.
