This product is a reverse current electrolytic cleaner designed for use on ferrous metals, magnesium, copper and its alloys
where solid contamination is difficult to remove. It is extremely efficient in the removal of ground in soils, smut and finger
printing. The high conductivity of the product increases the gas scrubbing action at the metal surface causing rapid and
thorough cleaning in short time cycles.

Koal #916
This product is a free flowing 100% active powdered reverse current electro cleaner specifically designed for the complete
and thorough cleaning of sensitive metals such as polished brasses, copper, and zinc based die castings. This product
combines excellent scrubbing action with thorough and complete wetting to insure superb deep recess cleaning without
chemical attack on the most delicate of metal surfaces. In addition, due to the product's high conductivity, it is equally
suitable for the rapid and thorough cleaning of steel and cast iron in process lines where a variety of metals are
encountered.

Koal # 924
This product is a highly concentrated liquid combination soak and electro cleaner blended from all liquid ingredients to
insure maximum effectiveness at the lowest possible price.
Koal # 924, due to its efficiently designed detergent system and its metal activators, may be equally well used as either a
soak tank all-purpose cleaner or as an efficient reverse current electro cleaner where deep cleaning penetration is
required. Solutions made with Koal # 924 are exceptionally free rinsing, thus eliminating cleaner carryover into acid tanks
prior to plating. Additionally, its all liquid highly soluble system eliminates entrapped alkalies from remaining inside deep
recesses or fine threads.

This product is a newly designed mildly alkaline, non-caustic compound, with an entirely new sequestering agent that
definitely improves the soak cleaning of all metals. It is extremely thorough in the cleaning of oils and buffing compounds.
It shows no attack on the soft metals such as aluminum, brass or zinc die castings.
Koal #1028 with its special blend of chemical ingredients allows this product to penetrate deep recesses, displacing and
emulsifying oil and grease and providing excellent free rinsing.

It may be used in barrel cleaning lines as well as soak tank cleaning in hand hoist or automatic hoist lines.
