Non Tarnishing Alkaline Soak Cleaner

This is a highly concentrated mildly alkaline liquid spray cleaner which exhibits outstanding low foam cleaning
power on all metals, without any hint of tarnish or staining. This requires no neutralization or waste treatment prior
to sewer disposal.

Typical Uses:
1. As a spray or soak cleaner prior to iron or zinc phosphating.
2. As a spray or soak tank cleaner prior to rack or high volume coil anodizing.
3. As a single stage parts cleaner for production in plant processing.
4. As a vibratory finishing cleaner on all metals using ceramic or plastic media.
5. As an all-purpose car, bus, truck, or train washing solution used at 100-120F with pressure spray.

- Cleans light oils, carbon smuts and metallic grinding deposits quickly and thoroughly.
- Suitable for both spray or soak cleaning in both low and high temperature operations, 80-160F
- Ideally suited for cleaning metals prior to high production phosphatizing, andodizing, or chromating
- Low cost, long lasting and thorough cleaning even at low concentrations, 1-4 ozx/ga typical. Higher
- concentrations depending upon soils to be cleaned.
- Completely compatible with acid phosphatizing anodizing, or chromating baths as well as caustic
- etching baths.
