This product is a free flowing mildly alkaline, powdered material intended for use as a soak tank cleaner where sensitive
metals such as aluminum, zinc, and brasses are to be cleaned in either still tanks or barrel line operations. It is a highly
efficient and long lived chemical cleaner for use in the rapid removal of oils, greases, drawing and buffing compounds,
and surface smuts and oxides without the need for subsequent acidic desmutting.
It is formulated with a special blend of mild alkalies and is free of caustic soda and sodium silicates. It employs a very
effective surfactant system that has the unique property of lifting soils from metal surfaces and dispersing them
thoroughly into solution. Solutions made from this product exhibit long tank life coupled with fee rinsing properties that

This product is a moderately alkaline, heavy duty, liquid spray cleaner designed for use in a wide variety of and agitating
soak tanks, ultrasonic and electrolytic tank applications where difficult to remove soils and surface oxides are
encountered. This highly concentrated product has been formulated with a superbly efficient low foaming detergent
system to give maximum cleaning power in the shortest possible time cycles at the lowest possible cost.
This formulation insures exceptionally clean parts week after week with little or no bath maintenance.
Koal # 756 is a special blend of alkalies, metal activators, and a uniques surfactant system all in precise balance, all in
precise balance yielding bright clean parts almost on contact. This combination readily removes drawing and stamping
oils, greases, cold heading oils, buffing compounds, rust preventatives, assorted tough shop soils, and stubborn surface
oxides. These cleaning capabilities make this product ideally suitable for a wide variety of manufacturing cleaning
operations.

Koal # 804.6
This product is a mild alkaline powdered material for use as a cleaner in soak tank and sonic tank units. It is highly
specialized formulation specifically designed to remove buffing compounds, oils, greases and shop soils from zinc
based die castings, brass, copper steel, and aluminum.
Koal # 804.6 when used in conic tanks at 6-10 ozs per gallon of water at 150-180F from 1-5 minutes, the smallest of
casting details such as embossing, lettering and number doing stand out as never before. Previously buffed parts
embedded with hard to dissolve grit and compound become perfectly clean. However, when using solely as a soak
cleaner agitation by air or mechanical means enhances soil removal.

This is a highly concentrated mildly alkaline liquid spray cleaner which exhibits outstanding low foam cleaning power on
all metals, except magnesium, without tarnish, staining, or discoloration. The product requires no neutralization or waste
treatment prior to sewer disposal. In addition a unique blend or organic corrosion inhibitors prevents cleaned surfaces
from tarnish, oxidation, and rust for up to ninety days in indoor storage.
Typical uses:
1. As a spray or soak cleaner prior to painting or indoor storage.
2. As a spray or hand wipe on cleaner for floors or machinery.
